Today’s episode was the first stab at having on a co-host, my good friend and great diagnostician Dr. Cody Dimak DC. I feel we can do better as a dual host on this particular topic of lower extremity syndromes.
What do all of these syndromes have in common?

Within this podcast, we go through some of our clinical experience working with people with these “syndromes” and what has worked using a corrective exercise-focused approach first and manual therapy after if needed.
Have these concepts been validated 100% through research? No, but that’s ok. You’ll hear in #106 next week that most of the treatments and clinical judgement we use in practice that have great patient outcome don’t have solid scientific backing.
