Garrett Wood, licensed massage therapist, reached out recently on Instagram about being on the show or at least having an LMT on an interview. I’ve never interview a massage therapist so I thought… why not! After looking at Garrett’s Instagram posts, I couldn’t help but think “there’s more to this guy than just massage.”
Pain is a very complex, multifactorial topic. Garrett takes us through his journey from personal trainer, to massage therapy, to hypnotherapy and what he learned along the way...
To be honest, I don’t know a ton about the biopsychosocial aspect of pain, so I just went where Garrett lead. I’m learning just like you!
