Dr. Quinn Henoch DPT is an innovator in the sports medicine world… why? He has an awesome vision of the future of sports medicine. Often times athletes leave their doctor’s office frustrated with the prescription to “take 3 weeks off.” That’s needed sometimes but it’s very individualized to the person and the injury.
Quinn understands athletes because he is one, but how can you find someone like him in your area?
He created a network of clinicians who are athletic clinicians. They understand when rest is needed and when we can modify activity. Listen to this podcast about some sports medicine theory and the creation of the network.
When I contacted Quinn, I asked if he would be willing to talk to me about the concept of rest for injuries… he agreed. Listen up!
