This week's podcast is a solo discussing how we can improve our muscles flexibility and decrease the sensations of muscle tightness without stretching. I know it sounds crazy and it may be too good to be true. Hamstring, hip, hip flexor, adductor and shoulder tightness can all be addressed this way.
