I was introduced to Jesse Macedo through a mutual friend. We’ve met in passing at Holiday Parties, Birthdays and Dinner… I’ve always enjoyed BSing with him about movement so I thought I’d have him on the podcast.

I found over the course of our BSing that he really knows his shit! I asked him to assist me in educating the public about painless squatting during knee month and he jumped at the chance.

Strong community and social services professional with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) focused in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from California State University-Fullerton. He currently works as a Coach at Equinox but he has big plans to become a podium speaker to educate other coaches.
